Young Parents Network is often the first point of contact for families in need of support and information. Services are available for parents of children aged 0-5 and for Moms and Dads aged 13-27. These services focus on having a healthy pregnancy, raising a healthy baby, and focus on early childhood growth and development.
Programs focus on a variety of areas that meet our communities’ most critical needs and offer family support.
Nurturing children and youth
Children and youth are nurtured and given the opportunity to succeed to their full potential.
Supporting healthy families
Individuals and families have access to services that support self-sufficiency and healthy living.
To meet the communities’ needs, we work hard to offer the best services and programs. The services we offer include:
- Prenatal and parenting education groups
- Pregnancy prevention programming
- In-home based programs
- Youth development
- Sexual Abuse Prevention programming
Today, Young Parents Network serves as a community resource, serving the many developmental needs of area families and youth in East Central Iowa. Check out the video below to see how one family was impacted by being involved with Young Parents Network.
